73. Cheesy Mac & Cheese!
Cheesy bread crumb w/ spring onion mac & cheese.

- Elbow Macaroni
- Butter
- Flour
- Milk
- American Cheese
- Cheddar Cheese
- Salt & Pepper
- Italian Bread Crumbs
- Diced Spring Onion
Directions
- Cook your macaroni noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter.
- As your butter starts to melt add some flour to make a roux. Mix vigorously for about 2 minutes.
- Add some milk and continue to mix vigorously until there are no lumps and it reaches a nice consistency, adding more butter if needed. Saute and mix for about 3 minutes.
- Add your american cheese, cheddar cheese, and diced spring onion. Season with salt and pepper and continue mixing for about 5 minutes or until your cheese sauce reaches a nice consistency.
- Add in your cooked macaroni noodles and mix well on low heat for about 2 minutes. Plate, garnish with some bread crumbs and some more red and green onions, enjoy!
