  • Tomato Salsa
  • Sour Cream
  • Cilantro
  • Shredded Cabbage
  • Matchstick Carrots
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Liberally season your beef steak with montreal steak seasoning. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Sear your steak on both sides for about 6 minutes. Transfer your steak to the oven to finish cooking for about 25 minutes.
  3. Toss in a bowl some cabbage and carrots, mix in your vinegar, salt, and pepper, mix well.
  4. Thinly slice your steak. In your tortilla place some of your slaw, your steak, top with your salsa and sour cream, and garnish with cilantro. Enjoy!
