55. Grilled Blackened Chicken Alfredo!
Beautiful seasoned chicken breasts grilled to perfection and served over a homemade pesto pasta alfredo.

- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- Penne Pasta Noodles
- Parsley Flakes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Blackened Seasoning
- Olive Oil
- Butter
- Parmesan Cheese
- Heavy Cream
Directions
- Heat a grill pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Season your chicken liberally with your blackened seasoning. Grill your chicken on both sides for about 7 minutes or until there is no pink inside, take out and set aside.
- Cook your penne pasta noodles according to package instructions. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter, pour in some cream as your butter melts, turn your heat down to simmer, season with salt, pepper, and garlic, add lots of parmesan cheese, top off with your chicken, garnish with parsley flakes, serve and enjoy!
