44. French Onion Stewed Chicken!

 





Delicious stewed chicken with French onion flavors.

  • Sliced White Onions
  • Olive Oil
  • Butter
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Fresh Chopped Rosemary
  • Beef Broth
  • Chicken Thighs
Directions
  1. Heat a pot on medium high heat and add some oil and lots and lots of butter. Turn your heat down low. Toss in your sliced onions, season with salt and pepper and saute while stirring for about 10 minutes or until translucent. 
  2. Pour in lots of beef broth. Turn the heat up to medium high. Boil for about 5 minutes. Season your chicken thighs with salt, pepper, an paprika.
  3. Toss in your chicken and sear / stew on both sides for about 10 minutes or until there is no pink inside. 
  4. Slice and dice your chicken thighs serve and enjoy!
