Spicy Fried Fish Sandwich

Fresh deep fried crispy Haddock with cajun spices on a toasted sesame seed bun with tarter sauce and American cheese.

  • Cajun Seasoning
  • American Cheese Slices
  • Tarter Sauce
  • Fresh Sliced Tomatoes
  • Fresh Shredded Lettuce
  • Flour
  • Egg Wash (Two Cracked & Mixed Eggs In A Bowl)
  • Baking Powder
  • Toasted Sesame Seed Buns
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Haddock Fillets

  1. In a bowl mix together baking powder, flour and cajun seasoning. Heat vegetable oil in a pot about 3 inches up the pot.
  2. Lightly coat your haddock in your flour mixture, then dredge in your egg wash, then coat back in your flour mixture. Deep fry your haddock for about 5 minutes flipping once, take out and set on paper towels to soak up the excess oils. Lightly season with more cajun seasoning, top with American cheese slices.
  3. Spread some tarter sauce on your toasted buns, place some lettuce on your bottom bun, top with your fried fish, serve and enjoy!
