Beautiful Duck Breast braised and deliciously seasoned in a vegetable broth.

- Fresh Duck Breasts
- Organic Pork Fat
- Organic Italian Seasoning
- Organic Clove Seasoning
- Red Chili Powder
- Chopped Celery
- Chopped Carrots
- Shredded Cabbage
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. Season your duck breasts liberally with Italian seasoning, clove seasoning, and red chili powder.
- Place a large amount of pork fat in a deep pan, place it in the oven, let the pork fat melt down until it is about a inch up the pan.
- Place your duck breasts in the pan skin side down and braise for 20 minutes. Toss in your chopped celery, chopped carrots, and shredded cabbage. Turn your duck breast skin side up and place back in the oven for another 40 minutes. Take out, plate and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
