Hoisin BBQ Meatloaf & Smoked Turkey

A Succulent BBQ Meatloaf With A Small Chinese Twist. Topped With Moist Smoked Turkey, Smothered In A Hoisin BBQ Sauce.


  • Ground Beef
  • Diced Onions
  • Milk
  • 1 Beaten Egg
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Liquid Smoke
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Hoisin Sauce
  • Dried Oregano Leaves
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Sliced Smoked Turkey Breast


  1. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl mix together your ground beef, diced onions, some milk, your beaten egg, bread crumbs, liquid smoke, bbq sauce, dried oregano leaves, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. mix well.
  3. Spray a non'stick baking dish with some pam or crisco. Place your sprayed pan in the oven for about 4 minutes to get the oil hot.
  4. Take your pan out and line your pan with your meatloaf mixture in a even layer. Spread on a even layer of bbq sauce. Bake your meatloaf for about 20 minutes.
  5. Take your meatloaf out and top it with slices of your smoked turkey breast. Pour on some of your hoisin sauce and continue baking for about 20 minutes. Take out and let rest.
  6. Mix and heat some extra hoisin and bbq sauce in a small dish, pour on some extra sauce if you'd like, enjoy!
