Buttermilk Fried Shrimp Po Boy



A delicious southern style shrimp po boy with sriracha tarter sauce. 

Ingredients




    Directions
    1. Mix together in a bowl old bay seasoning and flour. In another bowl mix together mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Pour some buttermilk in a bowl.
    2. Pour vegetable oil about one inch and a half up a pot. Heat on medium high heat. Dredge your shrimp in your buttermilk, coat in your flour mixture, then deep fry for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Take out and set aside on paper towels to soak up the excess oil.
    3. Heat a pan on medium high heat, drizzle some olive oil on your baguette and lightly toast. Spread some of your sriracha mayo on your baguette. 
    4. Build your sandwich with your shrimp, lettuce, sliced pickles, and tomatoes, enjoy! #recipesbyvance

    Shrimp Broccoli & Carrots w/ Seafood Sauce



    Fresh succulent shrimp sauted in a deliciously seasoned broth with steamed broccoli and carrots.

    Ingredients





    Directions
    1. Place your broccoli and carrots in a ziplock bag with a scoop of butter. Season with vegetable seasoning, halfway seal your bag.
    2. Season your shrimp with old bay seasoning. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter. As your butter starts to melt pour in some seafood stock, toss in your shrimp, turn your heat down low to simmer and cook while stirring for about 8 minutes.
    3. Pop your ziplock bag of veggies in the microwave for 2 and a half minutes, take out, plate with your shrimp, pour on some of your seafood stock, garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy! #recipesbyvance

    Cheesy Chicken & Pea Spaghetti Casserole



    A simple super tasty cheesy spaghetti with nicely seasoned chicken breasts and sweet peas.

    Ingredients




  • Barilla Spaghetti Noodles
  • Thawed Out Frozen Peas
  • Chicken Breasts
  • Lawry's Season Salt
  • McCormick Ground Black Pepper
  • McCormick Paprika
  • Butter
  • Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Mixed Cheese

    Directions

    1. Bring a pot of water to a boil. Boil your peas for about 6 minutes. Drain and set aside.
    2. Cook your spaghetti noodles to package instructions. Drain and set aside. Save the starchy water.
    3. Heat a pan on medium high heat an add some oil and butter. Season your chicken breasts with paprika, salt, and pepper.
    4. Sear your chicken on both sides for about 8 minutes, or until completely cooked through. Set aside. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
    5. Slice and dice your chicken into cubes. Toss your diced chicken in a baking dish along with your peas, and spaghetti noodles. Mix well.
    6. Drizzle / Pour some of your saved starchy water on top and all around. This will keep the noodles juicy and help the cheese stick.
    7. Sprinkle lots of mixed cheese on top, bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Enjoy! #recipesbyvance
