Tuna & Boiled Egg Penne Pasta



A flavorful penne pasta with seasoned tuna and medium boiled eggs.

Ingredients





Directions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil then toss in your pasta noodles, cook for about 6 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and boil some eggs for 5 minutes, for medium boiled eggs. Take out and set aside. Peel the shells off of your eggs. 
  3. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Season your tuna steak with salt and pepper. Cook your tuna steak on both sides for about 7 minutes occasionally basting. Take out and set aside.
  4. Wipe out the pan. Reheat it on medium high heat and add butter, heavy whipping cream, minced garlic, and parmesan cheese, season to taste with salt and pepper and mix well until it reaches a nice saucy consistency.
  5. Toss your pasta in with your sauce, break apart your tuna steak into pieces and toss that with your pasta. Garnish with your chopped chives, and thyme sprigs. Enjoy! #recipesbyvance
