Orange Marmalade Baked Chicken



A delicious orange flavor infused 1/4 chicken that's both sweet and spicy and served with your choice of sides.

Ingredients



Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Take a sharp knife and poke several holes in your 1/4 chicken. Place your chicken in a large bowl and pour in enough orange juice to submerge your chicken, cover and set in the fridge to marinate for about 2 hours.
  2. Take your chicken out and pat dry with paper towels. season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Rub your chicken with your orange marmalade.
  3. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Cook your chicken on both sides for about 8 minutes to achieve a nice char. Transfer to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes. Take out and serve with your choice of sides, enjoy!

Directions
  1. Place your chicken in a bowl, add a good amount of yogurt, chili powder, ginger garlic paste, turmeric seasoning, and salt. Get in there with your hands and mix well. Cover and place in the fridge for about an hour to marinate.
  2. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Cook your chicken on both sides for about 7 minutes, transfer to a baking dish and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. 
  3. Plate your chicken, garnish with fresh cilantro, your sauted white onions, lime slices, and red cabbage. Serve with some sriracha sauce, and avocado sauce. Enjoy!

Spicy Cheesy Sloppy Joe Sandwich



A deliciously spicy and cheesy beef sloppy joe sandwich with seared okra.

Ingredients



Directions
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Add your ground beef, season with salt, fresh ground pepper, and ground cumin. Mix while breaking up and cooking while mixing for 8-10 minutes. 
  2. pour in some of your sloppy joe sauce, add some sriracha sauce, and continue to cook and mix for an additional 4 minutes. Top your ground beef mixture with American cheese slices, turn your heat down to simmer then turn off the heat after your cheese starts to melt.
  3. Rinse your okra very well then slice thinly. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter, toss in your okra slices, season with salt and fresh ground pepper, saute for about 6 minutes, take out and set aside.
  4. Build your sandwich using your toasted buns, cheesy ground beef sloppy joe, and some of your sauted okra, plate and enjoy!
