Sriracha Swedish Meatball Alfredo



A delicious spicy swedish meatball pasta with a homemade alfredo sauce.

Ingredients





Directions

  1. Mix together in a bowl your ground beef, ground pork, egg yolks, minced onions, and bread crumbs. Season with nutmeg, salt, pepper, and paprika and form into meatballs. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Cook your meatball occasionally turning for about 10 minutes or until there is no pink inside. Take out and set aside on paper towels to soak up the excess oil. 
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and boil your bow tie pasta noodles for about 8 minutes or until al dente. Take out, drain and set aside.
  3. Heat another pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter, as your butter melts add a little flour to make a roux. Pour in some heavy whipping cream and continue to whisk well. Add your gruyere cheese, parmesan cheese, and some sriracha and continue to whisk well until your sauce reaches a nice consistency. Plate your dish, garnish with parsley and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
