Spicy Fried Fish Sandwich


Fresh deep fried crispy Haddock with cajun spices on a toasted sesame seed bun with tarter sauce and American cheese.

Ingredients
  • Cajun Seasoning
  • American Cheese Slices
  • Tarter Sauce
  • Fresh Sliced Tomatoes
  • Fresh Shredded Lettuce
  • Flour
  • Egg Wash (Two Cracked & Mixed Eggs In A Bowl)
  • Baking Powder
  • Toasted Sesame Seed Buns
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Haddock Fillets





Directions
  1. In a bowl mix together baking powder, flour and cajun seasoning. Heat vegetable oil in a pot about 3 inches up the pot.
  2. Lightly coat your haddock in your flour mixture, then dredge in your egg wash, then coat back in your flour mixture. Deep fry your haddock for about 5 minutes flipping once, take out and set on paper towels to soak up the excess oils. Lightly season with more cajun seasoning, top with American cheese slices.
  3. Spread some tarter sauce on your toasted buns, place some lettuce on your bottom bun, top with your fried fish, serve and enjoy!

Spicy Mushroom & Tomato Spaghetti



Deliciously spicy spaghetti with fresh tomatoes and sauted mushrooms.

Ingredients





Directions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook your spaghetti noodles according to packaged instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a pot on medium high heat and pour in some of your tomato sauce. Add some tomato paste and hot sauce. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, and chopped basil. Heat and mix well for about 7 minutes. Turn off your heat.
  3. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil, toss in your sliced mushrooms, and halved cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and saute for about 6 minutes.
  4. Plate your spaghetti noodles, spoon on some of your spicy tomato sauce, gently toss to coat, add your sauted mushrooms, and tomatoes, garnish with chopped chives, and chopped basil, enjoy!

Asian Glazed Pork Belly & Chinese Broccoli



Perfectly baked pork belly seasoned beautifully with a delicious dry rub. Glazed with a gorgeous sweet Asian sauce and sauted chinese broccoli.

Ingredients





Directions
  1. Liberally season your pork belly with Chinese five spice, smoked paprika, and crushed red pepper. Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. Bake in the oven 25 minutes per lb. Take out and set aside to rest.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil, toss in your chinese broccoli and saute for about 4 minutes occasionally turning, take out and set aside.
  3. Pour some mirin sauce into the pan, add a little brown sugar, lime juice, and garlic powder. Heat and thoroughly mix for about 2 minutes.
  4. Pour some of your glaze into a bowl, toss in your Chinese broccoli, slice your pork belly and top off your dish with the slices.
  5. Pour some more of your glaze on top of your pork belly slices, enjoy!
