114. Spicy Mushroom & Tomato Spaghetti!



Deliciously spicy spaghetti with fresh tomatoes and sauted mushrooms.

Directions
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Cook your spaghetti noodles according to packaged instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a pot on medium high heat and pour in some of your tomato sauce. Add some tomato paste and hot sauce. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, and chopped basil. Heat and mix well for about 7 minutes. Turn off your heat.
  3. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil, toss in your sliced mushrooms, and halved cherry tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and saute for about 6 minutes.
  4. Plate your spaghetti noodles, spoon on some of your spicy tomato sauce, gently toss to coat, add your sauted mushrooms, and tomatoes, garnish with chopped chives, and chopped basil, enjoy!
