A delicious southern style shrimp po boy with sriracha tarter sauce. 

Ingredients
    Directions
    1. Mix together in a bowl old bay seasoning and flour. In another bowl mix together mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Pour some buttermilk in a bowl.
    2. Pour vegetable oil about one inch and a half up a pot. Heat on medium high heat. Dredge your shrimp in your buttermilk, coat in your flour mixture, then deep fry for about 3 minutes or until golden brown. Take out and set aside on paper towels to soak up the excess oil.
    3. Heat a pan on medium high heat, drizzle some olive oil on your baguette and lightly toast. Spread some of your sriracha mayo on your baguette. 
    4. Build your sandwich with your shrimp, lettuce, sliced pickles, and tomatoes, enjoy! #recipesbyvance
