Marinated Hawaiian Pork Chop & Asparagus

Tender pork chop, cooked to perfection, marinated in a delicious Hawaiian style sauce. Served atop seared asparagus, perfectly seasoned. Enjoy!


  • Bone in Pork Chop
  • Sugar
  • Tomato Paste
  • Soy Sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Canned Pineapples
  • Ginger Seasoning
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Orange
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Asparagus
  • Olive Oil


  1. Stab your pork chop numerous times with a sharp knife on both sides. (This will help the marinade penetrate the pork chop).
  2. In a large bowl add sugar, tomato paste, soy sauce, vinegar, the juice from the canned pineapples, ginger seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, freshly squeezed orange juice, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Pour your marinade into a large ziplock bag. Put your pork chop in the bag, seal tight, shake and mix well, place in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.
  4. Heat a pan on medium high heat and some oil. Sear your pork chop on both sides for about 7-9 minutes or until fully cooked through.
  5. Heat another pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Slice your asparagus in half and cook for about 6 minutes (season with salt and pepper) periodically turning. Plate and enjoy!
