3. Pork, Chicken, & Beef Spaghetti Meatballs



Vamped up classic spaghetti. Meatballs made of pork, chicken, and beef, beautifully seasoned, tossed with a delicious cheesy marinara sauce seasoned perfectly and of course, spaghetti noodles.


Ingredients

  • Ground Pork
  • Ground Chicken
  • Ground Beef
  • Canned Diced Tomatoes
  • Tomato Paste
  • Swiss Cheese
  • Spaghetti Noodles
  • Minced Garlic
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Chopped Parsley
  • Dried Oregano Flakes
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Olive Oil



Directions

  1. In a bowl mix together your ground beef, ground chicken, ground beef, small cut pieces of swiss cheese, salt and pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano flakes, and italian seasoning. Mix well and form into meatballs.
  2. Cook your spaghetti noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Sear your meatballs all around for about 7 minutes. Place your meatballs in a baking dish and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes or until cooked through (depending on the size of your meatballs).
  4. In a bowl mix and mash together your canned crushed tomatoes, minced garlic, onion powder, chopped parsley, salt & pepper, dried oregano flakes, and italian seasoning. (you can mix in a blender if you like). 
  5. Reheat your meatball pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Pour in your marinara sauce, add your cooked noodles, swiss cheese, and meatballs. Mix well. Enjoy!
