Thailand Pork Curry



Spicy pork curry straight from the streets of Thailand recipe!


Ingredients
  • Cumin
  • Turmeric
  • Cardamom
  • Red Chilies
  • Green Chilies
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Fresh Lemon Grass
  • Tamarin Sauce
  • Sesame Oil
  • Butter
  • Sliced & Chopped Pork Shoulder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Coconut Milk
Directions
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your pork with salt and pepper. Start sauteing your chicken while turning for about 7 minutes. 
  2. Pour in some coconut milk and a little water. Simmer and stir. Mix in some cumin, turmeric, cardamom, red chilies, green chilies, ginger and garlic paste, and tamarin sauce, mix well and stir fry for about 6 minutes. 
  3. Add lots of butter and continue to stir fry for another 5 minutes and the butter has melted, serve and enjoy!
