98. Homemade Baked Beans w/ Bacon!



Delicious homemade apple cider bbq baked beans with applewood smoked bacon and sweet corn.

  • White Beans
  • Fresh Corn On The Cob
  • Applewood Smoked Bacon
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Hard Cider
  • Store Bought Tomato Sauce
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Brown Sugar
  • Salt
  • Molasas
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • BBQ Sauce
Directions
  1. Thoroughly rinse your white beans then drain. Pour lots of water into a large pot and liberally salt it. Soak your beans in your salted water over night in the fridge. Take out and rinse your beans thoroughly again, then drain.
  2. Heat a pot of water on medium high and bring to a boil, toss in your beans then turn your heat down to simmer. Let your beans simmer for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until they are nice and tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. Chop your corn off of the cob, set aside. 
  4. In a large bowl mix together some bbq sauce, salt, worcestershire sauce, molasas, brown sugar, dijon mustard, tomato sauce, hard cider, and apple cider vinegar. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  5. Add to a baking dish your beans, corn, and bbq sauce mixture, mix well. Bake in the oven for about 1 1/2 hours, during the last 30 minutes of cook time top with your bacon slices, finish baking, serve and enjoy!
