Delicious chili bbq pork shoulder bites beautifully seasoned and slowy braised.

  • Trimmed Pork Shoulder Cut Into A 4 Pound Piece
  • Chili Powder
  • BBQ Sauce
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Ground Pepper
  • Beef Broth
  • Store Bought Salsa
Directions
  1. Liberally season your pork shoulder with chili powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, and ground black pepper. Brush on some bbq sauce. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees. 
  2. Pour some beef broth in a baking dish up about 2 inches. Place your pork in your baking dish and braise for 2 hours.
  3. Take your pork shoulder out, wrap it in foil and let it rest for about 30 minutes. Slice into small cubes, serve with a store bought tomato salsa, enjoy!
