101. Coney Island Chili Dog!





A delicious and traditional Coney Island Chili Dog with great snap and a homemade chili.

  • Half Smoke
  • Diced White Onion
  • Hot Dog Bun
  • Tomato Puree
  • Ground Beef
  • Liquid Smoke
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt 
  • Pepper
  • Chili Powder
  • Cheese Wiz
Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, then bake your half smoke for about 13 minutes.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and toss in your ground beef. Add a little tomato puree, liquid smoke, and worcestershire sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and chili powder.
  3. Stir, mix, and break up your ground beef very, very well. Cook while continuing to break up for about 6 minutes.
  4. Drain the excess oils and fat juice. Place your hot dog bun in the oven for a few minutes to warm.
  5. Place your half smoke dog between your bun, top with your chilli, then your diced onions, and cheese wiz. Serve and enjoy!
