96. Tzatziki Sauced Beef Meatballs!



Delicious ground beef meatballs seasoned, seared, and roasted with a homemade Greek tzatziki sauce.

  • Ground Beef
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Greek Yogurt
  • Minced Cucumber
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Chopped Dill
  • Minced Garlic
  • Lemon Juice
Directions
  1. Break up your ground beef, season with salt and pepper, form into meatballs. 
  2. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil, sear your meatballs all around for about 8 minutes. Transfer to the oven to bake for about 15 minutes.
  3. In a bowl mix together your greek yogurt, minced cucumber, olive oil, dill, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
  4. During the last 7 minutes of your meatballs being baked pour some of your tzatziki sauce on your meatballs. Place the rest of your meatballs in the oven to get hot.
  5. When your meatballs are done plate, pour on some more tzatziki sauce, serve and enjoy!
