286. Pepper Crusted Steak Salad w/ Honey Mustard Vinaigrette!



Perfectly cooked New York Strip crusted with fresh ground pepper over a fresh salad with a delicious honey mustard vinaigrette.

Directions
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Season your steak with a little fresh grounded sea salt and liberally with some fresh grounded pepper. Cook your steak on both sides for about 7 minutes while basting with your butter for a nice medium rare.
  2. In a bowl mix together some olive oil, dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, honey, and minced garlic. Serve your steak over a nice salad with your honey mustard vinaigrette, enjoy! #recipesbyvance
