Blackened Chimichurri Steak Salad.


A juicy and tender Ribeye Steak with a blackened seasoning, a homemade chimichurri sauce, and fresh arugula salad.


  • Ribeye Steak
  • Blackened Seasoning
  • Olive Oil
  • Arugula Salad
  • Baby Tomatoes
  • Salt 
  • Pepper
  • Food Processor
  • Chopped Chives
  • Chopped Parsley
  • Minced Garlic
  • Oregano Flakes
  • Chopped Cilantro
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil.
  2. Season your steak liberally with your blackened seasoning on both sides.
  3. Sear your steak on both sides for about 8 minutes for a nice medium. Set aside and let rest.
  4. In your food processor add your chopped chives, chopped parsley, minced garlic, oregano flakes, and chopped cilantro, season with salt and pepper, add olive oil, blend well.
  5. Slice your steak, plate your salad with your baby tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, top your salad with your sliced steak, spoon on your chimichurri sauce and enjoy!
