Cheesy Ground Beef Casserole



A cheesy ground beef pasta beautifully seasoned with marinara and alfredo sauce.

Ingredients
  • Olive Oil
  • Ground Beef
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Paprika
  • Rigatoni Pasta
  • Three Eggs
  • Butter
  • Flour
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Half & Half
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese



Directions
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Cook some ground beef seasoned with some salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika for about 6 minutes while continuously breaking up your ground beef and stirring; drain and set aside. 
  2. Cook your rigatoni according packaged directions, drain and set aside. Crack some eggs into a bowl and mix well. Toss your rigatoni pasta in with your egg wash.
  3. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some butter, flour, parmesan cheese, and salt, mix well until thickened then incorporate some half and half and mix well until you have a nice amount of sauce.
  4. In a baking dish add your egg washed rigatoni, some marinara sauce, your ground beef, your alfredo sauce, lots mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese. Mix well, top it off with more cheese bake for about 30 minutes and enjoy!
