Homemade Seasoned Crunchy Fries



Crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside crispy seasoned deep fried french fries.

Ingredients
  • Idaho Potatoes Rinsed And Sliced Into French Fry Sizes
  • Season Salt
  • Vegetable Oil
Directions
  1. Heat a pot on medium high heat and add oil up the pot about 2 inches.
  2. Liberally season your fries with season salt, deep fry for about 6 minutes occasionally turning. 
  3. Take out, drain and set on paper towels to soak up the excess oils for about 3 minutes.
  4. Gently drop your fries to deep fry for a second time for about 4 more minutes. Take out and drain on paper towels, serve and enjoy!
