140. Smoked Orange Soy Glazed Salmon!



Smoked salmon prepared in your own electric smoker, with a beautiful glaze and mildly peppercorns.

Directions
  1. In a large ziplock bag pour in some fresh squeezed orange juice and a little soy sauce. Place your salmon fillets in your ziplock bag. Seal tight with no air, gently turn to mix. Place in the fridge to marinate for about 2 hours.
  2. Set your smoker to 220 degrees. Place your salmon in your smoker, and smoke for 2 hours at 220 degrees occasionally brushing on more of your marinade. During the last 30 minutes of your cook time sprinkle on some mustard seeds, season with fresh grounded black peppercorns. Serve when ready and enjoy!
