126. Pulled Pork Hollandaise Egg!



Braised pulled pork seasoned beautifully on garlic toast, topped with a poached egg and hollandaise sauce.

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Rub your pork shoulder down with salt, pepper, and chili powder. Pour some chicken stock in a baking pan. Bake in the oven 30 minutes per pound at 350 degrees. 
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil, turn your heat down to simmer. Using a spoon stir your water clockwise to create a vortex. As your water turns crack in a egg to poach. Poach your egg for 3-5 minutes. Depending on if your like it soft, medium, or hard.
  3. Toast your garlic bread in the oven for a few minutes. Pull your pork apart with a fork and your hands. Top your garlic toast with your pulled pork, top with your poached egg, spoon on some of hollandaise sauce, sprinkle on some saffron threads, serve and enjoy!
