32. Grilled Pork Chop w/ Apple Saute!





Deliciously seasoned pork chop grilled to perfection with a beautiful apple saute.

Directions
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some butter. Toss in your diced apples and saute for about 8 minutes occasionally turning. Take out and set aside.
  2. Fire up the grill. Season your pork chops with salt, pepper, chili powder, and ginger powder. Grill your pork chop(s) on both sides for about 8 minutes, rotating occasionally. During the last 4 minutes of your cook time, top with your apples, and mix your apples carefully on top of your chop to soak up some of those juices and chars. Plate and enjoy!
