Smoky Skirt Steak Cheesesteak



Delicious smoke flavored skirt steak and onions with cheese beautifully seasoned and aus jus dredged.

Ingredients



Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Slice your skirt steak into thin slices. Slice open your baguette, top it with some provolone cheese slices, bake in the oven for about 5 minutes. Take out and set aside.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some butter, season your skirt steak with garlic powder, and pepper. Toss in your skirt steak and onions, saute while stirring for about 3 minutes. 
  3. Drizzle in some liquid smoke, drizzle in some worcestershire sauce, pour in a little beef stock, and a little soy sauce. Turn your heat down to simmer. Simmer while turning for about 3 minutes.
  4. Place your steak and onions in your baguette, serve and enjoy!
