175. Fall Off The Bone Short Ribs!



Beautiful and delicious fall off the bone short ribs delightfully seasoned.

Ingredients
Directions
  • Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and lots of butter. Season your short ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Sear your short ribs on all sides for about 2 minutes each.
  • Place your short ribs in a large pot on the stove. In the pan you cooked your short ribs add to it some tomato paste and lots of your chopped peeled garlic cloves. Cook on medium high heat while turning for about 5 minutes. Pour in some beef stock, stir and bring to a boil, biol for 3 minutes. 
  • Heat the pot with your short ribs on medium high heat. Pour in your stock and tomato paste mixture and some red wine, add some bay leaves, season to taste with salt and pepper, mix and heat for about 5 minutes.
  • Transfer everything to a baking dish, bake in the oven 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Enjoy!
