Truffle Sea Salt & Pepper Cheesesteak



Great for lunch or dinner. A simple yet elegant and delicious cheesy steak and onion stir fry in a toasted hoagie.

Ingredients




    Directions
    1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Place your hoagie in the oven for about 3 minutes to get it nice and toasty.
    2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Toss in your sliced steak and sliced onions. Season with your truffle sea salt and fresh ground black pepper. Cook while turning for about 4 minutes. Top with slices of mozzarella cheese.
    3. Spread a little mayonnaise on the bottom hoagie piece. Top with your cheesy steak and onions, plate and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
