Smoked Marjoram Kielbasa & Sauerkraut



Delicious Polish Kielbasa sausages seasoned beautifully, seared to perfection, with sweet sauted sauerkraut.


Ingredients




Directions

  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Lightly season your Kielbasa sausages with ground marjoram. Turn your heat down low. Place your sausages in your pan and drizzle a good amount of liquid smoke into the pan. Sear your sausages for about 30 minutes, while occasionally turning, keeping a lid on, and adding more oil so it doesn't burn ( maybe even some more liquid smoke ). Take out and set aside on paper towels to rest.
  2. Drain lots of sauerkraut and pat dry your sauerkraut with paper towels. Heat another pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter, toss in your sauerkraut, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 4 minutes while mixing.
  3. Plate your sauerkraut, your sausages and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
