Shrimp Lo Mein Fettuccine

Delicious fettuccine noodles, buttery sauted shrimp and mushrooms all with Asian flavors.


  1. Cook your fettuccine noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some toasted sesame oil. Toss in your shrimp and mushrooms. Season with fresh ground pepper, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Pour in some ponzu sauce, cooking white occasionally turning for about 6 minutes, add your noodles to the pan and continue to cook while occasionally turning for another 4 minutes, plate, garnish with your chopped spring onions and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
