Japanese Cashew Chicken



A delicious chicken and vegetable stir fry, beautifully seasoned with a rich Japanese sauce.

Ingredients





Directions
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some of your toasted sesame oil and butter. Toss in your diced chicken, snap peas, diced celery, and peppers.
  2. Cook while turning for about 3 minutes. Pour in some of your ponzu sauce ( it has plenty of salt in it to season your dish ). 
  3. Continue to cook, occasionally stirring for about 5 more minutes. Plate and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
