243. Garam Masala Crusted Pork Loin w/ Cheesy Mashed & Gravy!



Beautifully cooked garam masala crusted porkloin with delicious cheesy mashed & gravy. 

Ingredients
    Directions
    1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees, drizzle some oil in a baking dish and place in the oven to get hot. Liberally season your porkloin all around with your garam masala seasoning, pat the seasoning tight on your porkloin.
    2. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes per pound for a nice medium temp. Take out and let rest.
    3. While your porkloin cooks bring a pot of water to a boil then boil your potatoes for about 40 minutes or until nice and soft. 
    4. Take your potatoes out and place in a large bowl, toss in some cheddar cheese and mix and mash very well with your potato masher. Season to taste with salt and pepper then continue to mash and mix. Take out and set aside.
    5. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter, as your butter starts to melt add a little flour and whisk well to create a roux. Pour in some beef stock and continue to whisk for about 4 minutes or until your sauce starts to thicken and reaches a nice consistency. 
    6. Plate your gravy then top with your mashed potatoes, garnish with your chopped parsley. Thinly slice your porkloin and plate on top of your potatoes and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
