Chicken Shawarma



Simple no fuss chicken shawarma with authentic and traditional middle eastern flavors.

  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your chicken breast with salt, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, and ground cinnamon. Sear your chicken on both sides for 8-10 minutes. Set aside to rest. Break apart your chicken, season with more spices, serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
