Cheesy Artichoke & Sundried Tomato Dip



A super hearty, cheesy dip with braised artichokes, sundried tomatoes, and spinach.

Ingredients


Directions
  1. Heat a pot on medium high heat and add some butter. Toss in your sliced sun dried tomatoes and sliced artichoke hearts, season with salt and fresh ground pepper and cook while mixing for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add lots more butter, as it starts to melt pour in some chicken stock, add lots of fontina and gruyere cheese. 
  3. Turn your heat down to simmer, toss in lots of fresh spinach, season to taste with salt and pepper, mix and simmer for about 10-15 minutes (adding more cheese or stock if needed for the the right consistency). Plate and serve with bread sticks or tortilla chips, enjoy! #recipesbyvance
