Spicy Shrimp Au Gratin

Succulent shrimp, celery, and onions baked in a delicious spicy cheese sauce.


  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl mix together your egg yolks, and some half & half. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter, minced garlic, your onions, chives, and diced celery, season with salt and pepper, saute for about 4 minutes. Mix in a little flour to create a roux.
  2. Whisk in your egg and milk mixture, some sriracha sauce, lemon juice, grated gruyere, and fontina cheese, and old bay seasoning. Cook and whisk well for about 4 more minutes. Or until your sauce reaches a nice consistency adding more half and half if needed.
  3. Place a good amount of your thawed shrimp into a small baking dish. Pour on your cheese sauce, top off with some more grated cheese, garnish with parsley flakes, and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
