Homemade cheesy chicken & vegetable pizza delightfully seasoned with a beautiful tomato sauce.

Ingredients

  • Premade Pizza Dough
  • Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • Sliced Red & Yellow Peppers
  • Broccoli Florets
  • Sliced Portabella Mushrooms
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Organic Italian Seasoning
  • Morton Iodized Table Salt
  • McCormick Ground Black Pepper
  • Domino Granulated Sugar
  • Cento San Marzano Organic Peeled Tomatoes
  • Barilla Tomato & Basil Sauce
  • Gluten Free Flour
  • Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil


  • Directions
    1. Heat a pot on medium high heat, pour in your peeled tomatoes and tomato sauce, season with some italian seasoning, sugar, salt, and pepper. Mix well and heat for 5 minutes.
    2. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook your chicken on both sides for about 7 minutes to get a nice char on both sides. It will finish in the oven.
    3. Wipe your pan out, reheat on medium high heat and add some oil. Toss in your mushrooms, sliced peppers, and broccoli florets. Season with salt and pepper, saute for about 8 minutes occasionally turning.
    4. Slice your chicken breasts into small cubes. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Flour a counter top surface and roll out your pizza dough. Laddle your tomato sauce onto your dough. Top that off with your chicken and vegetables. Sprinkle lots of cheese on top and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes. #recipesbyvance
