Fresh broiled lobster with a delicious newburg sauce.

Ingredients

Directions
  1. Turn on the broiler and broil your lobster tails for about 8 minutes. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter. Whisk in some flour to create a roux.
  2. Pour in some half and half. Continue to mix thoroughly until your sauce starts to thicken. Add some yellow mustard, pour in some sherry, and continue to whisk vigorously.
  3. Season with old bay seasoning, and continue to whisk until your newburg sauce reaches a nice consistency. 
  4. Plate your lobster tails, pour on your sauce, and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
