Lamb Chops w/ Cherry Brown Sugar Sauce



Lamb chops wonderfully seasoned, cooked to perfection with a cherry & brown sugar sauce. A beautiful blend of sweet and savory.

Ingredients





Directions
  1. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Season your chops on both sides with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Sear your chops on both sides for about 4 minutes for a nice medium rare. Take out and set aside to rest.
  2. Heat another pan on medium high heat and add lots of butter, as it starts to melt add a little flour and whisk well to make a roux. Pour in some cherry juice. Add some brown sugar, and some dried cherries and continue to whisk well until your sauce reaches a nice consistency. 
  3. Plate your chops, pour on on your sauce, garnish with your chopped parsley and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
