Succulent marinated lightly floured and seared pork chops.

Ingredients

Directions
  1. Pour some of your mojito lime marinade into a large ziplock bag. Place our pork chops in there, seat tight with little air in the bag. Mix well, refrigerate for about an hour, take out, scrape off the excess marinade, set aside for about 10 minutes so the pork can really absorb the marinade.
  2. Lightly dust your chops with flour, season with season salt and paprika and set aside. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil. Pan sear your chops for about 8 minutes on both sides or until there is no pink inside. Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
